Our Services
The services M&I/Partners offers address the integration of business organisation and information. Ideally, our involvement starts the moment ideas for strategic business changes are formulated. This is the best moment to analyse the interaction between people, business process and systems. After which we demonstrate our vision for designing the information processes. Of course, we do this together with the customer, focussing on their unique needs; first as a draft version and subsequently in more specific detail. Every step of the process is carried out within the financial limitations.

Our consultants are able to present, discuss, and when needed defend their findings on all levels within the customer’s organisation; from the production floor to the board of management. Our Style
Our consultants are trained in the most up to date tools and methods, but it is also our belief that these should be used with care. There is no standard method of working. Solving customer needs requires understanding of the uniqueness of their situation, problems and issues. Every customer’s situation is different. Our Organisation
M&I/Partners has over sixty consultants. This size enables us to effectively address a broad range of disciplines. At the same time we are small enough to attend to personal interworking relationships and operate efficiently, but without bureaucracy and much overhead.
At the heart of our organisation is a team of partners. They are active as consultants and are responsible for all the projects. And of course, they manage the M&I/Partners organisation.
